We don't do demos. We build RAG, voice AI, and LLM middleware that runs in production at iGaming operators, EU banks, and logistics platforms. We're looking for one engineer — Middle+ — to take over projects after I close them.

Role

What you'll do

Take over client projects. I handle sales, discovery, and PoC. You build production-grade: FastAPI, LangGraph, pgvector, LiveKit, OpenTelemetry.
Ship end-to-end. From spec to deployed service to weekly client communication. No handoffs to a team that doesn't exist.
Own the timeline. Written architecture decisions, honest rollbacks, benchmark-driven iteration.
Use Claude Code as force multiplier, not crutch. This is non-negotiable.

Must-have

Requirements

3+ years production Python. Async FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, strong typing.
At least one shipped LLM system. RAG, agents, or orchestration. Tell us what broke in production.
30+ days daily Claude Code usage. /insights report attached with application. No report = no review.
English B2+ for written client communication.
Ukrainian ФОП group 3 registered, or ready to register within 2 weeks.

Strong plus

LiveKit voice stack (Deepgram, Cartesia, Twilio)
pgvector or Qdrant at production scale
OpenTelemetry instrumentation for LLM apps
iGaming, fintech compliance, or logistics domain experience
